Working with associations for almost 20 year, ENTRA Insurance moved much of its focus to the specific needs of organized industries in California and those who support their efforts. Through our matrix partners, we have developed a platform that provides the best plans at the best price while exploring all available subsidies for both the employers and employees. The added clout of our affiliations has allowed us special arrangements with insurance carriers, which we have incorporate into our benefits program and passed on to our association clients.

Our matrix partners include members in Flex administration, COBRA administration, HR Services, and PEOs, which have been a remarkable resource for our clients seeking additional services to assist with employee management. We have also launched our Language Assist, which addresses the special language and service needs of our client’s Spanish speaking employees.

Beyond benefits, we’ve been working with several vendors and internal resources to keep our client’s complaint and prepared to satisfy the requirements for the Department of Labor, Health and Human Services, and the IRS. Your part-time employees also need guidance, and we can provide education and direction to make sure they can access programs within the guidelines of the Affordable Care Act, which may be here to stay and will become more complicated as we move forward. We’ve also been working with different areas of the wine and brewery industry, and we recently released a benchmarking survey with wineries in the local area.
